We do our best to give customers guidance over the phone but we cannot quote exact prices until we see the job. Once at your premises, we will provide you with an exact quote, there are no hidden charges or extra costs for the clearance, what we quote is the price you pay.

We can also arrange to collect the keys from an estate agent, solicitor or family representative if you cannot attend the property yourself and return them after we have priced the clearance.
We can give you a written quotation on the day, e-mail or send you our quotation by post whichever method you prefer, you can then compare our quotation with others that you have received and give us a call if you want us to clear the property for you.
We are fully insured through Simply Business and are an Environment Agency Licensed Waste Carrier, we are also a member of the UK House Clearance Association, the first association of its kind set up to promote excellence & customer satisfaction within the UK house clearance industry.
