We can also arrange to collect the keys from an estate agent, solicitor or family representative if you cannot attend the property yourself and return them after we have priced the clearance.
Because we only work in the South Wales area we keep our travelling costs to a minimum, our quotations are on average 30% cheaper than national house clearance / office clearance company's and we do not charge V.A.T, so if you want a realistic quotation for your office clearance / house clearance why not give us a call.

We prefer payment by cheque on invoice, we will accept cash or credit cards by prior agreement, there is no deposit or payment upfront and only after the clearance is completed and you are totally satisfied with our work will payment be requested.
