Q : I have a property to clear and don't know where to start. How does it work?

A : It's easy and it can work one of three ways:

1. The contents of your property has no resale value: In this case we would have to charge you for clearance which will include disposal fees at a Recycling Centre and our labour.

2. Some of the contents has a resale value and the remainder has not: In this case we will clear the property without charge.

3. Most of the contents have a resale value: In this case we will make you an agreed payment on the day in cash or by cheque, whichever you prefer.
